When Quirk Social hosted our very first market in 2020, we couldn’t have imagined how far those early tables, conversations and connections would take us.
What began as a seven-week Holiday Market to support local makers during the pandemic quickly grew into something much bigger — a community built on showing up, supporting one another and growing together.
Where It Led
Those relationships became the foundation for everything that followed, including our retail home, The Social Spot Marketplace. Vendors became collaborators, audiences became advocates, and our events grew well beyond a single day or venue.
A Thoughtful Change
As the local market landscape has evolved, we’ve reflected on how to operate sustainably and with intention. We’ve made the decision to step away from producing standalone markets and focus our energy where we can have the greatest long-term impact.
