Glad To Help Therapy Boxes was born out of a desire to create a practical and beautiful resource for people in and out of therapy, designed to help people grow in self-care and emotional & relational wellness. Boxes can be purchased for yourself, or gifted to someone you care about.

Dana Owen is a Registered Counselling Therapist, homeschool teacher, wife and mother. She has been living and practicing counselling in the Calgary and Cochrane area since 2002, offering individual, couples, and family counselling, as well as workshops on strengthening the parent/child relationship.

Dana will be in store this Saturday, February 10th 10am-6pm.
