Partner Event – Texas BBQ with The Butchery Block.

The smoky, heart-warming, and mouth-watering smell of sizzling barbecue is in the air, and boy do we have something special coming!

We are having another special, limited-run event on Friday, August 23rd, and Friday, September 20th featuring some of the most amazing Texas BBQ dishes!

We are offering both a 1/2 Platter and Full Platter for pickup from The Butchery Block with:

• Smoked Brisket (1/2 Platter has 4 oz, Full Platter has 8 oz)

• Smoked Pulled Pork (1/2 Platter has 4 oz, Full Platter has 8 oz)

• Texas Hot Link Sausage (1/2 Platter has 1, Full Platter has 2)

• Coleslaw (1/2 Platter has 2 oz, Full Platter has 4 oz)

• Baked Beans (1/2 Platter has 2 oz, Full Platter has 4 oz)

• Cornbread too! (1/2 Platter has 2 pieces, Full Platter has 4 pieces)

Orders are available for takeaway or you can sit down and enjoy the view from the Cochrane Lions Rodeo Grounds. You can place your pre-orders using our convenient online store, or stop by and visit us in person. Take a peak at the market inside while you’re here!
