As the sun dips below the horizon on February 24th, a night ON the town takes on a whole new meaning. Big Hill Chill invities you to gather around a cozy bonfire, the warmth contrasting with the cool February air, as you revel in the company of friends and the cosmic wonders above. Enjoy live music under the inflatable igloo, stargazing, and perhaps a surprise or two as the night unfolds.
Dance the night away to the tunes of local band, Smoking Aces, as they delight you with their mixture of blues, rhythm and rock n roll.
Half Hitch Brewing Company will be onsite pouring cocktails through the ice chute bar – and of course, serving their full lineup of brews.
The Butchery Block will have snacks for purchase.
Leave the transportation to us – Shuttle Service runs from 6:45pm – 11:30pm.
You can catch the shuttle at Cochrane Super 8 at 6:45, 7:30, or 8:15.
Or at Sunset Ridge Pond at 7:00, 7:45, or 8:30.
The shuttle will then be onsite at the event ready to take you back to Sunset and Super 8 – leaving when around ten people are ready to depart. And then back to pick up the next group.
A portion of the proceeds from this event are being donated to Helping Hands’ Cochrane, Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) team.
