Our events are designed to foster fun, inclusivity and camaraderie.
We believe in creating spaces where people can come together to connect, share experiences and enjoy each other’s company. To ensure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable, we enforce the following code of conduct.
Respect & Inclusivity
We welcome individuals from all walks of life, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other characteristic. Respect the diversity of our community and treat everyone with kindness and understanding.
Zero Tolerance for Hate
Hate speech, discriminatory actions or any form of harassment will not be tolerated at our events. We are committed to providing a safe environment free from bigotry, intimidation or hostility of any kind.
Be Mindful of Your Words & Actions
Please be mindful of the impact your words and actions may have on others. Avoid behaviour that could make others feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.
Cooperate with Event Organizers
Our event organizers are here to ensure everyone has a positive experience. Please follow their instructions and cooperate with them to maintain the integrity of the event.
Report Concerns
If you witness or experience any behaviour that violates this code of conduct, please report it to the event organizers immediately. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action.
Consequences of Violations
Individuals who engage in hateful actions or words, harassment or other disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the event. Repeat offenders may be barred from attending future events.
